Refund policy

At Molcovo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Since we ship directly from our global manufacturing partners to offer you the best prices, we have established a clear and fair return process to assist you.

1. Return Window & Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed.

  • With all original tags attached.

  • Inside its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at:

  • Information to Include: Please state your Order Number (e.g., #1001) and the clear reason for your return.

Important Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer address listed on the shipping label. Once your return request is evaluated and accepted, we will provide you with the correct US or partner return address and explicit shipping instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  1. Your order number.

  2. Clear photos or a short video showing the damage or defect.

Once verified, we will arrange a brand new replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

4. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations:

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products, skincare, or cosmetics).

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants).

  • Custom or personalized products (special orders).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on clearance, final sale items, or gift cards.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate, new purchase for the desired item.

6. Refunds Processing Time

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item to let you know if the refund was approved.

  • Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

  • Bank Delays: Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

  • Delayed Refunds: If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven't received it, please follow up with us at molcovoab@gmail.com.
